Privacy Policy for Sample Orders

When you order a product sample, we collect your personal data to be able to send the package to you. This information includes your name, company, delivery address, and contact information such as email and phone number.

Why we collect your data:

• Delivery: To send the product sample to the correct address.
• Customer Service and Follow-up: To contact you if there are any questions about your order, and to follow up on your experience with the product.

We only share your data with the shipping company so they can deliver your package. We save your data for as long as it is necessary to handle your order and its follow-up, and we delete it afterward. Approval of Sample Orders

All sample orders are subject to approval by Prosper Electronics AB. The company reserves the right to, based on an individual assessment of each request, decide whether to send out an order or not.

Prosper Electronics AB will contact the requester to inform them of the outcome of the order. This applies to both approved requests and to cases where the request cannot be granted.
