LAN & Ethernet Transformers

In networking applications, signal clarity and EMI suppression are critical. Our LAN transformers support data rates from 10/100 Base-T up to 1Gb Ethernet. They are fully compliant with IEEE standards, including PoE (802.3af) and PoE+ capabilities, providing the necessary isolation and protection for network interfaces in everything from consumer routers to industrial gateways.

  • Flyback Transformers: Ideal for cost-effective, low-to-medium power isolated designs.

  • Forward & Push-Pull: Optimized for higher power density and improved efficiency in regulated DC-DC converters. Our power transformers feature high isolation ratings (up to 5000 VAC) and are available in both SMT and Through-Hole (TH) mounting styles to fit any PCB layout.

Custom Magnetic Solutions & Common Mode Chokes

Beyond standard power conversion, we provide specialized Common Mode Chokes and isolation transformers designed for noise filtration and circuit protection. With core sizes ranging from compact T14 to heavy-duty T42 units, we can provide custom windings to meet your specific inductance and current (Irms/Isat) requirements. All our materials meet UL94-V0 flame ratings to ensure safety in automotive and medical applications.
